Brand new Lucas brand distributor cap for 45D, 45D4 and 59D4 Distributors. These are Genuine Lucas Brand and will come in a Lucas box with the correct part number printed on the box, but as with most Lucas distributor parts they will not have Lucas on the part itself. These were used on MGB, MG Midgets, Triumph Spitfires from 1975-1980. Please note many cars have been fitted with distributors from earlier models as they are interchangeable as a unit, but the parts do not interchange. The best way to tell a 45D distributor is that the bottom of the cap is flat as pictured and the wires to the coil do not go through the side of the cap, but rather through the metal body of the distributor.
