Rated at 100 gallons per hour and backed by a limited lifetime warranty, the Titanium Signature Series offers advanced filtration that will help protect your Powerstroke fuel injection system, effectively extending the life of your Injection Pump and Injectors. These benefits include: improved filtration rating of 3 Microns, a built in water separation filter and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process. The FASS DFD-4000 Duramax Fuel Filter bypass for your 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax is for use after the installation of a FASS Fuel Air Separation System. Once installed the factory fuel filter is no longer needed and can be easily removed by using this Factory Fuel Filter Canister bypass. Because your Duramax fuel filter is located after the FASS filtration system you will still need to replace the factory filter every 5,000-8,000 miles. This filter bypass kit will replace your now useless fuel filter with a spin on canister that will allow fuel to flow freely into the engine, saving you even more money.
