It measures 17″ long, and 13.5″ across the top. This is almost like new but for a tiny pull in one of the lace ruffles, as pictured. It may not bother you since the skirt is black anyway, or you may be able to work the pull out. Given that it has a nice sheen to it, it would most likely be worn in the later hours anyway.
