Its unique rotating drum and three stainless steel blades produce amazing results in less time and the 6-cup clear plastic Bowl catches and measures food while in use. It includes a suction cup to secure it to the counter and the Blades can be stored inside Grater and Grater Base, which fits in the Bowl for streamlined storage. Made with BPA-free materials. Food Pusher Food Hopper Food Chute Grater Base Handle Suction Cup Lever COMPONENTS Culinario Series® 3-in-1 Rotary Grater Bowl Coarse Grater Suitable for hard or soft cheese, carrots, potatoes, zucchini Fine Grater Suitable for hard cheese, garlic, chocolate, nuts Slicing Blade Suitable for potatoes, cucumbers, onions, radishes, cabbage 3 SET UP AND USE Wash before first use. All components are dishwasher safe. Make sure suction cup and counter surface are clean and dry. Secure the Grater Base by pushing down on the Suction Cup Lever. Holding by the outer rim, insert the desired Blade into Food Chute. Align with the Handle and lock in the Blade by rotating the handle in clockwise direction. Place the Bowl with the flat side toward the Grater Base. WARNING: NEVER hold by the metal Blade, as this can cause injury. For longer foods like carrots or celery, lightly press down on food while rotating Handle to slice or grate. Once the food is too small to safely hold above the Food Hopper, use the Food Pusher to continue. For smaller foods like cheese, nuts, or radishes, load the Food Hopper and use Food Pusher to apply pressure. Apply light pressure while rotating Handle to slice/grate. WARNING: NEVER place hands or fingers inside the Food Hopper. 4OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 4. To remove Blade, carefully hold by the outer rim and rotate Handle counterclockwise to release. Note: You may want to use a towel if Blade is hard to grip due to moisture from produce, etc. 5. To release Grater Base, lift Suction Cup Lever. CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS CLEANING Rinse Blades, Grater Base, and Bowl immediately after use. DO NOT SOAK the Grater Base or Blades in water. Carefully clear out any excess foods from the Food Chute or Blades with a cleaning brush or cloth. Some foods like carrots, sweet potatoes, or yams may stain the Grater Base. Use a paper towel with some olive oil to rub the area clean. All components are dishwasher safe. Make sure all the pieces are completely dry before storing. STORAGE • For compact storage, all pieces can be stored inside the Bowl. Keep one Blade locked in the Grater Base, stack the other two Blades within each other, and place inside the Grater Base as shown. (The Suction Cup Lever needs to be in the upright position). 5 SAFEGUARDS: SAFEGUARDS AND TIPS STOP THE BLADE when removing excess food. DO NOT use with meat or ice. DO NOT use with hot or frozen foods. TIPS: Refrigerate foods like soft cheese and vegetables for about 15 minutes prior to grating/slicing. Cold foods are easier to grate/slice. Align the Food Pusher correctly with the Food Hopper. DO NOT force pieces together.
